We have a delicious selection of home made pork sausages, all made on the premisies using our high quality free range pork.

We have a daily selection of at least 5 flavours.  Our Pork Chipolatas, our Hampshire pork without herbs, our Lincolnshire Pork with sage, our Cumberland Pork with sage and marjoram and our Old English Pork with mixed herbs.

We also try to have at least one of our wide selection of extra varieties that can vary from day to day. These can include Smoky Maple and Chilli, Spiced Mango and Coconut, Leek, Spiced Apple, Basil and Sundried Tomato, Fennel, Garlic & Chilli, Firecracker Chilli, Jalepeno & Cheese, Sriracha & Honey, and Cracked Black Pepper.  As well as a Lamb with Mint sausage and a Chicken Tikka Sausage.
